velocity tool, bar move tool can't select drum kit

When you choose "velocity tool" or "bar move tool" in "Graphic Editor" you can't change a drum kit with the left mouse button (all other tools you can use the left button). You can however change the drum kit with the _right_ mouse button with all tools. Not a serious bug but inconsistent.

Repro steps:

1. launch metro and go to "Graphic Editor"
2. make some notes
3. switch to drum mode [keystroke "d"]
4. pick "bar move tool" or "velocity tool" and try to change the drum kit

This problem has been corrected in 6.2.2.1. Also a related problem whereby the cursor would not change to an arrow when it was over the drum set or drum names has also been corrected.
