selecting samples with SampleTank2 Free

Postby fastlanephil » Tue Jul 27, 2004 11:13 pm

I have SampleTank2 Free loaded and ready to go but I see no samples or menue to select them. I have all the free ones in a folder on the desktop. Do I need to put them somewhere else?

Open up sampletank.

You have 3 sections in the virtual display
- the midi channels and the instruments loaded to them
- a browser of all the instruments
- and a import, preset, search area.

In the third area click on PREFS and click the Browse button next to ROOT to select the folder holding the instruments.

One thing you may not notice is next to the user preset delete button in the third area there are 3 knobs vertically down the screen to change the display colour, lum and bright.
