Drum patterns?

Postby braj » Sun Jan 11, 2004 12:18 am

Does anyone know a good site to find Midi drum patterns for importing into Metro? I'm having a hard time coming up with compelling rhythms, and I'd like some sort of framework to use to get myself going. My drum programing skills are very 1985, if you know what I mean.

There is a pretty good list of places at http://www.synthzone.com/midifile.htm
Not all of the pages listed are current, but I have found some pretty good sites using that resorce page.
One of my favorite sites is http://www.ifnimidi.com/ of cource these are complete midi files, so you will have to single out, or just save the drum midi file.

HEy, thanks!

I also found some good patterns @ http://muzikdostlari.virtualave.net/schedule.htm

Nothing really fancy, which is what I was looking for. Basic beats to get a song started.
