Popup Menus behaviour

The custom popup menus don't behave like normal menus; on a normal menu a single click keep it open until you click again; metro menus don't do that…

Tss Tss doesn't matter! :D

I use one of those mightly jedi-keyboard-mouse-things: http://www.fingerworks.com/lp_product.html and I've grown so used to do single clicks to select menus; it works pretty much everywhere, save in Metro! Thats pretty annoying, beleive me :-)

Don't get me started on as to why those devices are cool :D

If it was a jedi thing you'd use your mind to control your popups.

Well, I tough a LOT (about a year) before I made the plunge. It's expensive, true, but it's like a screen; you keep it for much longer than the CPU, and like a screen it affects directly your body. I guess that after 22 years of programming computers, I'm a bit careful about what I sit on, type on, look at :-D

That thing is the best thing since sliced bread, I no longer have to do 10000 keyboqrd<->mouse moves, just that is worth it!

If it was a jedi thing you'd use your mind to control your popups.

Working on it :-D

Implemented in 6.1.0.6. There is a preference menu item in general preferences for using standard menus whenever possible. There are a couple of instances where it is not possible because of special drawind that occurs within the menu. Namely the note pop-ups in the graphic editor and the algorithms selection in the Rhythm explorer. All others should be working now.
