Tears off menus would be good........actually the windows menu mainly.

I used to have a control panel under 9 to do it. It was great.
I don't think there is anything under X.

Or a dialog box like 'favorite controllers' where you could turn on or off every menu item available, and it places the results in a window so you can put all you frequently used menus items in one place.
