SMPTE/Bar display bug

Postby axnyslie » Sun Oct 19, 2003 5:17 pm

I'm having a continuous problem where Metro is getting corrupted to where it puts itself in SMPTE Display mode and won't switch back to Bar Display mode in OS 9. The only fix is to delete the preference file and reregister but it eventually gets corrupted again and I have to redo the process whick is a big PITA.

Joe,

What version of Metro? OS 9.0, 9.1 or what?

Are you saying the command-D does not switch back to bar display? Is it repeatable such that, for example, it starts happening whenever a certain file is opened?

Version 6.0.8.2 Metro with OS 9.2.2

Command+D will not switch it back. It usually happens with Audio tracks not with MIDI

would axnyslie's high sample rates cause any problems for metro?

or if they were mixed in the same composition?

I would need more specific information to figure this out. In other words I need a way to repeat it here.
