SoundConverter is a simple Cocoa OSX application for converting sound files between different sound formats. Supported formats include: aiff, al, au, auto, avr, cdr, cvs, dat, vms, gsm, hcom, la, lu, maud, mp3, nul, prc, raw, sb, sf, sl, smp, sndt, sph, 8svx, sw, txw, ub, ul, uw, voc, vorbis, wav, and wve. Channel number, sample rate and volume conversions are also supported.

Do you mean does it convert emu? I don't know. What format lettering do they use? emu?
Maybe suggest it to the author at the website given.

I've been to busy to play around with it seriously.
I did notice opening the about box, closing it and clicking on the menu again makes it crash and told the author. A very nice response came back.

Talk to him and see what he says.
