realtime dial controls

Since I'm asking about controls, how about making the dial controls in the Tracks window realtime? For example, the way the "Transpose" and "Quantize" controls work, you can do vertical tracking or use the arrow keys or type in a numeric value, but the value isn't applied until focus changes to another control or window or the value box is confirmed with the enter or return key. I think it would be very useful if the value was applied realtime, a user would be able to, say, drag the transpose dial or increment/decrement with the keyboard without having to confirm, they would be able to listen to the transposition or quantization etc. as it happens.

not "dial" (i don't know what i was thinking), but "spinbox" or increment/decrement number box.
