Marker Window enhancement idea

"Real-time" Chord entry:

- Marker window is open, Name is selected.
- Press a chord on your (Midi-)Keyboard
- Chord name / Chord Change gets filled with that chord.

However it is not so easy for a couple of reasons. One, the keyboard (window) is disabled when the markers dialog is active and two, a delay would need to be added to chord detection on note-off because when you lift your fingers off of the chord you want, it results in a new chord you probably don't want. Also if someone is playing keyboard it would be impossible for another person to name a marker.
