LinPlug RMIV crashes Metro

Postby Jazzdude » Mon Oct 13, 2003 8:28 am

I downloaded and installed LinPlug's RMIV demo, but can't get it to load.
Metro crashes every time. Anybody else had this problem?

:(

On first impression, this appears to be a problem with the plug-in.

However in Metro 6.1.0.3 (due out soon) there is a way to tell Metro that the plug-in will handle loading and saving of presets. Fortunately by doing this RMIV loads and seems to work fine. You do this by clicking a checkbox in the newly revamped plug-ins window. Also Metro 6.1.0.3 now knows that this plug-in handles its own presets so will load fine.

I have also contacted Linplug to make them aware of the problem. Hopefully they will respond.
