Quicktime Instruments

I see an option for saving a movie with quicktime instruments. Can you export a movie with a midi file in it that plays the quicktime instruments. I don't see any mention of it in the new features video section of help but there are some options when you get into the export dialog.

Yes. There is a lot of new stuff in Metro 6. It should have been documented.
