How to get VST midi out to other VST instruments?

Hello Everybody!
How can I route midi out from VSTs ? I have some sequencers/arpeggiators and vst midi effects (like the free piz midi utillities), and want them to route their midi output to other VSTi instruments.
I can do this in other DAWs easily.. but in Metro I seem totaly lost.
So how do I do this?

If you are trying to output the MIDI from a VST plug-in to another synth, try these steps:

Find the plugin in question in the 'instantiated effects/synths' window.
Right-click on the name
Select Record MIDI

Then that plug-in should show up as a source to be selected as MIDI input for any other MIDI track.



to configure the MIDI input of a track, right-click on the track from the tracks window and select it from the 'input select' menu.
