What's needed for ogg files

After reading an article on ogg vorbis I found they can play directly from a program called VLC media player which can play avi's as well.

For importing in metro and itunes goto the link below.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtcomponents/

"ogg vorbis for quicktime"
follow the readme to install in correct place.
