MOTU finally has some competition. At $399 the price looks great. The specs are exactly what I need. Anyone own or put one on order?

Yes, that is the one. Sorry I didn't provide a link. It reminds of the Edirol UA-5, but rather than USB, it is using Firewire. (with all of its glorious bandwidth)

The only thing I have heard about it is that some people claim it is vaporware.

I'd like to see user reviews and see how it works on Mac OS X.
