What exactly does the Stereo Checkbox do in the Digital Audio Setup window? I seem to have stereo when this box is not checked. Thanks in advance.

I think this got asked a few releases ago.

The answer was nothing.
But it is pretty isn't it?

The stereo/mono selection is in the tracks window now....and available from the little popup triangle next to R M S near the top. "Audio Record Input Select"

aaahhh that's what it does?

Maybe it needs a label - "new audio tracks default"
