When I record audio tracks, why arn't they named the same as the way I name them in Metro.
Example: I have a tune with a working Metro title of "Do You Know?" and have tracks named bass.aif, geetar.aif, kick.aif, snare.aif, etc. The actuall AIF files that get saved are not named the same as the tracks, but are named Do You Know?.AIF, Do You Know?1.AIF, Do You Know?2.AIF, etc...
I've recently upgraded CoolEdit 2000 on my PC to the new Adobe version of CoolEdit Pro ("Audition 1.0") to use for remixing. The PC is faster than my mac and will handle more tracks/effects without bogging down and it would be nice if I could look at a track name and know "what" it is without having to "play" it in the PC's Open dialouge box as I import them into Audition...
