SE 6.3.5.2 isn't

I just downloaded what I thought was Metro SE 6.3.5.2, following the link from your e-mail "Metro prerelease 6.3.5.2 now available" which took me to the Download site where, after logging in, I click on the DL Metro SE UB prerelease v 6.352.

The Metro folder was installed, but getting info on the Metro SE application shows it as version 6.3.5.1, as does the start up info window.

Is this right??
OOPS My mistake.....I was looking at the wrong one (':oops:')

When a new metro arrives, I install and the new metro folder opens, I open my alias'ed older one, and replace the old app with the new, remove and replace the dock icon and then throw away the newly installed folder from the apps folder.....as my metro folder sits elsewhere.

If you were to have 2 metros available to the OS, it is possible the wrong one could be launched from a document double click.

It is good to keep the last update (one before the latest one) as an archive just in case you come across a serious bug you can't work round........you can then jump back one revision.
