MIDI Regions vs Audio Regions

Postby flanchec » Wed Sep 22, 2004 2:27 pm

Sorry for all those questions...

Here is another one : working with audio regions is a great feature. I'm wondering if it is possible to have MIDI regions. I mean : when I record a melody on a MIDI track, I would like to manipulate it as a region (as it is the case with audio)... For now, when i record a few notes anywhere in a song, all the track becomes white from the first to the last measure... It would be clearer if only the recorded notes were placed in a white background region.

Is it something already possible ?
