You can do it. I have to manually transfer and issue a new serial number so I usually ask for a small fee.

Hi Jerm, I'm possibly interested in a license transfer too. How long does the process take and what's the fee?

The transfer fee is currently $5 if the process is followed correctly. The process basically involves the new user sending an email to our support email address. The email should include the buyers full name, email address, and address, the sellers name, sellers email and serial number. Also the seller must also send an email to support specifying their serial number and to whom they sold it. Then, once we have received the transfer fee, we will manually issue a new serial number to the new user.
