Problem with Metro 6.4.5 and Reason 4

Postby aslotkin » Sat Sep 20, 2008 8:23 am

I recently paid for the upgrade to the latest version of Metro, and was dismayed to see that I had lost the ability to connect to Reason 4 via Rewire. Basically, enabling Rewire in Metro launches Reason, but the Reason audio interface shows the Audio Card enabled instead of Rewire, and Metro cannot see any devices in the Reason rack.

I don't think the problem is with Reason itself, as Garageband connects via Rewire, and when I downgraded to Metro 6.386, everything worked as it should.

Any chance this will be fixed soon? Thanks.

6.4.6 is available now from our download page. An announcement and more info is forthcoming but this rewire issue has been addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
