No audio input on G4

Postby maxina2 » Thu Mar 27, 2003 4:59 pm

With no audio input on my G4 I'm at a loss for how to get the signal from my instrument into the Mac and have SE recognize the input.

Can I use a USB port to accomplish getting the signal into the Mac? And how can I have SE connect with the input? :?

If you have a Powermac you can install a PCI audio card or buy a usb to audio interface. If you don't have a Powermac you'll need the usb audio interface. Edirol.com has a good selection of interfaces. M-audio.com also.
