Multiple Open sessions

Postby fastlanephil » Thu Nov 04, 2004 12:16 am

Midi/audio applications can only have one session(file) open at a time unlike text or graphic applications. It would be nice to be able to load more than one session at a time. Would this require a totally different midi/audio technology?
I guess the way to do it is just to put it all in one session and keep it organized or have more than one computer system running.

I was just curious.

Import them into a different section?

You can work between the two........when you save.....you save them all.

At the end of the day though it all becomes one document you're saving but it contains all your works.

Is this what you want to do?

I was just looking for a easy way to listen to another session that was in a rough draft stage, ect. I'll record my sessions with Wire Tap and put them into iTunes for listening on the fly.
