Does Metro (or the Mac for that matter) translate/understand/read .fxp files?

If so, where do you put them?

thanks

I think they should be placed in the same directory (or subdirectory) as the plug-in that they belong to.

And which plugin is that?

I can find .fxp preset files. I just don't know what they belong to.
Any examples?

.fxp files are cubase type preset for a specific plug-in. So the .fxp file that you have is for a particular plug-in. Which one? I have no idea. It would depend on where you got it from.

The .fxp's in question were some kind of pianos and rather large.
They were on a site that is currently down to extreme bandwidth.

I have found that linplug free alpha (www.linplug.com) uses them......small 4k presets usually for basses and synths.
