cannot use the help site

hi everyone

i cannot use the help site . when i search for a word

let say 'movie' there are tons of hits.

i tried with safari and firefox

both gave the same result.

maybe there s something broken.

I assume you are referring to searching from our support page.

I think the problem is that the word "movie" is a key word and is somehow embedded in every help page. Try using more specific terms such as "quicktime movie".
