Offline effect problems with G4 version!

Recently it has been brought to my attention that there is a problem with using some effect edits, in some situations with the G4 version of Metro.

Usually these issues (which are fixed in 6.0.7i1) can be resolved by first combining regions and then rendering the offline effect.

Another workaround is to use the non-G4 version.
