note color not saved

Notes:

Note Color is not saved in global preferences nor file preferences.

Repro steps:

1. launch metro -> Preferences -> General tab
2. change color in "Note Colors:"
3. click "Save" or "OK"
4. write the session as a new file
5. quit and restart metro
6. color is changed for the session, however after quit and restart, color info is not honored and defaults back to purple and red
